Beyond Shadowgate Shipping Issues

Hi,
So, it looks like the shipping company (Flying Cloud) had a issue when importing the Backerkit spreadsheet into their software. This has resulted in some of you not getting all of your rewards on the first shipment. Sorry about that!
The good news is that they are sending out another package with that swag once I notify them that it's missing.
So... if you get a package from them and it's missing ANYTHING, please email me at [email protected] and we will get it sorted out asap!
Note that this applies to US backers only.

Hey Everyone!
That's a good question and I have answers!
SHIPPING
- For domestic backers, all the goodies are at our shipping partner Flying Cloud's warehouse where they are combining the items and will be shipping soon!
- For international (and Canadian) backers, everything has been combined and boxed and is on it's way to our international shipping partner GamesQuest and will also ship as soon as it arrives in the UK and Canada ports.
Thanks for your patience as this is taking a little longer than we had hoped. We literally finalized the Strategy guide right before launch to make sure it matched the game and it took a while to print.

We hope you are enjoying the game! If you are, please post a review on Steam and/or GoG and tell your friends or post about the game. We would love to make more adventures and getting the word out about the game would definitely help with that :)

Do you see this button?
This is similar to the button I am going to push tomorrow to send backer pledge rewards and addresses to both our domestic and international shippers (so they can begin prep work!)
If you pledged for physical rewards and have since moved, now is the time to send an email to [email protected]. If you DID move, and you did NOT tell me, then your rewards are going to end up someplace else and, as the NES version of Shadowgate says, it will be a sad thing that your adventures have ended here!!
Pssst. Also, if you didn't get your digital rewards, ping me as well and I'll get that sorted ASAP!

We - Zojoi and GrahfMetal - want to say a sincere THANK YOU to everyone that backed us, told others about us and made this thing happen! We couldn't have done it without you! We also REALLY appreciate your patience and we hope that you believe it was well worth the wait!
Digital Rewards
Everyone should have gotten an email from Backerkit with a link to the digital rewards in which you pledged. If you didn't...
- Check your Junk Mail folder.
- If it's not there, email me at [email protected]and I'll send you your link to your Backerkit account (where you will simply hit "Get my digital downloads").
Physical Rewards
Printing the Strategy guide had to wait until we were sure there were no other changes but now we have all 1100 of them (along with all the other rewards!) We've started boxing these up for both our domestic and international carriers. We will be sure to update you as this progresses!
(pssst)... I know I don't need to say this again BUT, if you changed your address and didn't tell us, please email me at[email protected].
